Toxicity characteristic classification
نویسنده
چکیده
In this paper chemical amount rate to the exposed organism was examined. Dose characterizs the total amount of material to which an organism is exposed. The aim of this paper dynamic cumulative toxic effect was investigated. Single dosing and n-times dosing changes are expressed. This paper different routes of exposure and frequency of exposure were involved. Toxic effects also depend of the sensitivity of a biologica system.

Predicting the Next State of Traffic by Data Mining Classification Techniques
Traffic prediction systems can play an essential role in intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Prediction and patterns comprehensibility of traffic characteristic parameters such as average speed, flow, and travel time could be beneficiary both in advanced traveler information systems (ATIS) and in ITS traffic control systems. However, due to their complex nonlinear patterns, these systems ...
متن کاملEcological classification of southern intertidal zones of Qeshm Island, based on CMECS model
The “Coastal and Marine Ecological Classification Standard (CMECS)”, a new approach to ecological classification, was applied to 122 km of the southern intertidal zone of Qeshm Island located the Hormouz Strait - the Persian Gulf. Two components of this model, Surface Geology (SGC) and Biotic Cover (BCC) were used. Considering the extent and geomorphological alternations of the covered area, 12...
متن کاملAutomated classification of pulmonary nodules through a retrospective analysis of conventional CT and two-phase PET images in patients undergoing biopsy
Objective(s): Positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) examination is commonly used for the evaluation of pulmonary nodules since it provides both anatomical and functional information. However, given the dependence of this evaluation on physician’s subjective judgment, the results could be variable. The purpose of this study was to develop an automated scheme for the classific...
متن کاملInterpreting the SDS-PAGE protein patterns with self-organizing maps: application for the characterization of mosquito-pathogenic Bacillus strains.
AIMS To present the pairwise comparison of potential mosquito-pathogenic Bacillus strains based on their SDS-PAGE protein patterns and to evaluate their characteristic toxicity patterns. METHODS AND RESULTS In this work, 20 Bacillus strains were subjected to qualitative toxicity tests against Aedes aegypti and Culex quinquefasciatus larvae. The selected strains were then characterized by SDS-...
متن کاملDigoxin toxicity in Thai medical patients: clinical manifestations and an appropriate diagnostic serum level.
This study considers the clinical manifestations and risk factors of digoxin toxicity and establishes an appropriate cut-off serum level for the diagnosis of toxicity. A retrospectivestudy of 125 hospitalized patients whose serum digoxin was assayed in 1998 was conducted. Of the 125 subjects, 42 (33.6%) were classified as having definite digoxin toxicity, 9 (7.2%) were classified as having prob...
